At least 10 of these will be designed by the game's community as McMillen has asked players to submit item ideas for the expansion to this Reddit thread.The rules for the idea submissions, and what should be avoided, can be found at that link.As for the rest of us, we can look forward to this expansion to The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth hopefully coming to Vita in 2015.
